INGREDIENTS

  • 2 boiled sweet potatoes
  • 1 onion and 1 green onion
  • 1 tsp ginger and 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 cup cabbage
  • Salt and Water
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp oil
  • For Sauce:
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce and 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • For garnish : Microgreens

PREPARATION

    In a bowl, mash boiled sweet potatoes. Finely chop the onion, ginger, garlic, green onion and cabbage. Add the chopped vegetables in the bowl. Add salt as per taste and mix it.

    Add egg and mix it again. Add all-purpose flour, water and mix. Add coconut oil and mix. In a heated pan, add oil, pour the batter and prepare small pancakes.

    For the sauce, in a bowl, add tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, soya sauce and mix it. Garnish with micro greens and serve.
